Altered Carbon "Cortical Stacks"

For Netflix’s biggest budget original series to date, they needed to explain the high-concept central conceit of the sci-fi show: consciousness transference. So we wrote and animated this 3D fly-through in-fiction faux commercial for the “cortical stack.” The show footage is represented as “memories” within the mental hard drive.
